- No more quarantine for vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers
- No more PCR tests for vaccinated travellers, unvaccinated travellers need a negative PCR 72 hours before departure or a negative RAT 48 hours before departure.
- Visitors only need to purchase an online visa at the price of 35 USD online at http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/ & a Sri Lankan COVID-19 Insurance at the price of 12 USD online at https://portal.pionline.lk/covidinsurance/.

Fully vaccinated Adults– 18 years and aboveNeed to have obtained recommended doses (2 doses) of COVID-19 vaccine and depart two weeks after obtaining the vaccine .
Or need to have taken at least a single dose of a two-dose vaccine and had COVID-19 infection during the past six months will be considered as fully vaccinated

Need to have at least a single dose of Pfizer/Moderna Vaccine two weeks after obtaining to be considered as Fully Vaccinated.

Unvaccinated or persons that do not fit the above criteria.
- COVID-19 Tests – PCR test report done within 72 hours prior to embarkation OR Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) report done within 48 hours prior to embarkation. Self-swabs are not allowed.

- It is Mandatory that all visitors’ purchase a Tourist Visa (ETA) at the price of 35 USD online at http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa
- It is Mandatory that all visitors need to purchase a Sri Lankan COVID-19 Insurance at the price of 12 USD online at https://portal.pionline.lk/covidinsurance/
- Submission of Health Declaration Form is not required.
- All vaccination cards and COVID-19 Test Reports need to be in English.
- All double vaccinated persons will be considered vaccinated
